Settings - Boot
Select [Settings] from the
pop-up menu to display the settings dialog.
[Boot] tab allows you to configure the following:
- Delay update check at startup
When you start the RSS News Flash Viewer, the first update check is delayed for a few seconds.
The value you specify can range from 1 to 300 seconds.
For example, this is useful when you want to avoid RSS update checks during Windows startup or when there is a load.
- Display RSS loaded at startup
When you start the RSS News Flash Viewer, the loaded feeds are displayed in real time.
The number you specify here indicates how many items you want to display for each feed.
For example, if you check three feeds and specify [2 items] here, a total of six items will be displayed at startup (three items x two items).
- Sign up for a startup
If checked, RSS News Flash Viewer will be registered in Windows startup.
Once registered in the startup folder, RSS News Flash Viewer will start automatically when Windows starts.
